Gravity Casting

Gravity Casting is also known as die casting, it is a metal casting process characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. Most of die castings are cast using non-ferrous metals, such as, zine, copper, aluminum, and tin alloys. This process is mostly used for high volume production runs of small to medium sized components.

Die castings have very good surface finishes and dimensional consistency. Brukar has been producing consistent, high quality die casted components for our OEM clients for the last three decades.
